HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
- Click on the QR Code.
- Select Sign Up.
- Choose Patient.
- Select Cosmetic Injections & IV.
- Click Yes, I do know my certified injector.
- Use the search bar to type Laurie Smith.
- Select my profile.
- Choose the treatment you are scheduling.
- Select your preferred date and time.
